Message From Ambros: Finding Happiness

May 26th, 2011

(I’m having a hard time trying to find my happiness. I’ve been on this path of awareness for four years but nothing seems to be changing for me and I don’t know if it’s just not the right time or if I’m doing something wrong. I meditate and make detailed lists and affirmations and do different ritual exercises to try and manifest happiness but everything still feels so difficult. I don’t know what to do right now. What can I do differently?)

We understand that you have been on this path for four years, and we would say that this new heart consciousness will be a path for always. Should you choose to embrace this new path, it will take you until you are released from this physical body and reborn into pure joy. We would ask you to please release this idea that you have been on a path for a certain amount of time and because of that it is time for you to receive that which you desire.

We would also say that it is for you at this time to begin to experience that which brings you happiness, that which brings to you a sense of lightness and alignment with the world around you. First you must release this belief that to find happiness is a struggle, for when you give the energy of struggle it creates an energy of limitation. Is it not possible that perhaps you are thinking and doing too much, and it is necessary at this time to simply feel? We would say that rather than making a list that is so definite and specific about the form you would like your dream to take, begin to know how you would like that dream to make you feel. When you require that a dream take a specific form, you place limitations on the way in which it can become manifest.

You ask, “What do I do?” We would say, stop doing that which you are doing. If there is a thing that you are doing, and you have been continuing to do it, and you find that it is not unfolding in that which you desire, then cease doing it, for it is not the right thing for you. We would say to stop thinking and begin to feel. You must feel your way with the one heart that beats within you. You must being to feel more. Let the reason you move forward on your path be only for the expression of your conscious heart in the moment. The expression of your conscious heart in every moment will attract into your life that which you desire and it must be expressed as feeling not as thought, as allowing not as controlling, as essence not as form.

You are where you need to be in your evolutionary process in order to manifest the greatest expression of that which you desire. We would again ask that you release this concept of time, that it has been a certain number of years and therefore it is now time. It is not the passing of time that allows the manifesting of that which you desire, it is the expression of your conscious heart in each and every moment. It is not the manifestation of that which you desire that is the expression of your conscious heart, it is living from that conscious heart in each moment that will bring into your life that which you desire deep within.

Message From Ambros: Change and Challenge

May 26th, 2011

(This month, I am sharing with you a message that Ambros brought forth prior to taking questions at a recent Group Session. In listening to the recording of the evening, it appeared that many of the questions in some way related to what Ambros talked about; questions pertaining to disappointment or confusion that life was not unfolding in the way someone envisioned or expected.)

Welcome, dear ones. We are so pleased that you are here at this time. We look forward to speaking with you. We look forward to answering the questions you may have about this journey that you have begun.

There is much happening in your world today. The earth has begun the changes that you will feel as you embrace the new consciousness. Please understand that if you choose to embrace this new consciousness, if you would choose to merge your energy with the energy of this earth, you will be required to release long-held beliefs and ideas that you have held close to you for a such long time. You will be challenged to open your hearts to a new way of seeing the way the world is and your place in it.

We know for many of you this will be difficult and we know as well that there will be some who will not be able to take this journey. We are here to assist you that you may embrace this new consciousness, that we may assist you to find that place within you that will allow you to release long-held beliefs and ideas and perceptions that have been given to you for these many years, and to open to a new understanding of what it means to live with a conscious heart.

There will be much to learn in the time ahead and you must not expect that you will learn it all at one time, in one moment. It will be an unfolding that will take place over many months and even years as you see time. There are many such as we who are here at this time to pass messages of the new heart consciousness to you, for it is simply not possible for us to be the only beings to share with you that which is shifting and changing in your world. There are many. And we would even say that there are some amongst you at this time who will at some point in the future be a willing channel for such as we, that you will willingly give of your body and your voice to allow others such as we to communicate through you. And that will come in time.

This is the beginning and we are pleased to be here to assist you on this journey. We know there are many questions you have and we would ask that you please feel free to ask whatever question you have, for if it is a question that is inside of you then you must understand that it is also a question that is inside of another. And so we will begin, dear ones.

“We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the life that is waiting for us.” – Joseph Campbell

Message from Ambros – On The Right Track?

March 18th, 2011

Question by session attendee: “I’ve been working on awakening my divine spirit, my higher self, for quite some time. Am I on the right track, or is there something I’m missing? Is there anything I should focus on to continue this path?”

We find it interesting that so many of you who are on this path of embracing the new awareness, the new consciousness, have fear of whether you are doing it right or doing it wrong. We would say there is no wrong. There is no right. There is simply that which you do. The path opens up before you, and if you find that you are taking one step forward then you are on your path. If, in taking that one step forward, you allow yourself to be present with that place in which you find yourself after that step forward, that you may determine the resonant direction that is next for you, and you take another step forward, then you are on your path.

Whenever you engage in self-inquiry, whenever you allow yourself to go within to connect with the conscious heart, with the heart of the creator within you, you are on your path. We would say to you as well there is much you need to learn, there is much you need to know that you do not yet know. And we would also say do not attempt to know it all in this moment, for it is simply not possible. We would say to simply continue to take one step forward and to then be with the You that emerges after taking that step, to go deep within and connect with the conscious heart within at that moment, and embrace what you see, embrace what emerges, embrace the lessons and the challenges and the magic and the miracles that show up in that moment. And from that place to take one step forward again, and then once again to journey within.

We would ask that you release the demands you place on yourself to know that you are doing the right thing. Again we would say your embracing of this new energy is all that is important. There is no right, there is no wrong, there simply is you opening to the conscious heart within you that will evolve with each step forward you take. And we would say as well to begin to trust your journey. We would ask this of all, to trust your journey, to trust the conscious heart within you, to trust what it shows, to trust what it tells, to trust where it leads for the next step, and to allow each step to uncover yet another piece of the conscious heart. Allow this to be a journey of uncovering one miniscule piece at a time of the conscious heart within you, allowing for yourself to live, to express in every moment from that uncovering.

“Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.” – Winston Churchill

Message from Ambros – The Concept of Death

January 25th, 2011

(This question was asked of Ambros at the group event on January 14: “Does the concept of death exist in your world as it does in ours?”)

The concept of death as you know it does not exist in our world, for we never cease to exist in our world. We too continue to evolve, and with that evolution we change shape, we change energy, we vibrate differently. We do not see this as a death, we see this as a continuation of our existence. The concept of death that you have is relative to the physical bodies that you inhabit. The physical bodies will, as most forms do, wear out. They will cease to be able to hold the energy that you are. You do not cease to exist, it is only the physical body that is released. You will continue to exist in a new energy form.

Each of you, when the physical body is released and your energetic body is free, will find yourselves in a new world. When you have attained that new world, when you have become accustomed to the freedom of being energy, of being shed of the physical body, you will have a choice of where next you wish to continue your existence, your learning. Some will choose to return to this form of physical body. Some will choose to inhabit worlds in which a physical body will look very different than what you are accustomed to. Some will choose to inhabit worlds in which you will remain energy, and that energy will take a form that is new to you. And some will remain as energy to be as guides to those in this world who remain in physical body.

We have seen how many in your world have a fear of this concept of death. This comes from a lack of trust that there is existence beyond the inhabitation of this physical body. And yet we assure you that the shedding of the physical body will take you to an existence that is brighter than you can even imagine. And so we would encourage you to release your fear of the concept of death, for it is in truth simply a new birth, just as when you were birthed into these physical bodies.

We also realize that a part of the fear of the physical death is the leaving behind of those still in physical body. While those who remain may indeed experience the loss of your physical beingness, the consciousness as you shed the physical body and embrace the new way of being does not encompass the grief that those who are left in body will experience. It is something that all beings in body must learn to experience, it is part of the heart connection. And so we would say do not fear the leaving of your physical bodies. It is truly a new birth and a time of joyous celebration.

“There is no death! What seems so is transition;
this life of mortal breath
is but a suburb of the life elysian,
whose portal we call Death.”
~ Henry W. Longfellow

Message from Ambros: Trust and Truth

January 12th, 2011

“Can you speak to us about trusting ourselves more? And you speak of not limiting ourselves yet as humans we do such a great job of that. How do we move forward and really get over those hurdles? I know consciousness is a big part of it but is there anything else you can speak to us about that?”

We have seen how those of you in this world struggle with trust. Trust on all levels. Trusting of oneself. Trusting of another. Trusting in that which is on what you call the other side. Trusting of life. There is a lack of trust that affects everything you do. And therefore yes, does limit.

And where does this lack of trust come from? Let us look at trust. What does that mean, to trust? It is to believe in, to have faith in, to have a knowing of, even without proof. And there is much you do not believe in. There is much you require proof of. We would say to you that you do know why you do not have this trust.

You came into this lifetime with it (trust). Have you not seen your young ones who believe all, who have no doubt, who speak to the creator as they know it? The young ones who converse with such as we and many others in the worlds beyond yours? Do you not see how these young ones communicate with those who take different form than you do, your animal friends? They communicate with them, for there has been no one to tell them that they cannot. They come into this world the absolute essence of trust.

And yet, as time goes on, they are told no. They are told this is a fantasy, that is a story, you’re making something up. We have seen this time and again until little by little, that young one begins to doubt, begins to fear, begins to limit. And then, at some point in the future, they sit before such as we and ask, why do we not trust and what can we do?

It will require that you return to the time when you first came into this world and did not know the meaning of the word trust. It was simply how you lived. Forgive those who unknowingly created that chasm between who you were and who you are.

You ask how do we trust, how do we move beyond the obstacle, how do we trust that which we are told, how do we know it is real and not something we are simply imagining. And we would say, just trust it. Let it flow through your conscious heart. Take that which you doubt and take it deep inside, for it is there in the conscious heart that your truth will never fail you. Sit with that which you doubt and ask your heart, can I believe this? And your heart will tell you if it is an old limiting thought or if it is your truth.

We have seen how the people of your world have great fear which is associated with the trust that stems from a fear of criticism, a fear of judgment, a fear of ridicule, a fear of persecution. Or to use one of your favorite words, a fear of being wrong. We don’t truly understand that word. We would ask that you begin to eliminate that word “wrong” from your vocabulary. This requires that you also eliminate the word “right” for where there is a fear of being wrong there is the fear of not being right. We would ask you to eliminate those two words beginning in this moment from your vocabulary, for once those words are gone there is nothing left not to trust. There is no right or wrong. There is just what you receive, and you will trust it for with those words eliminated from your vocabulary you will also find the diminishing of words like acceptance, acknowledgment, approval, persecution, judgment, criticism. Those words will naturally begin to dissolve when the words wrong and right are eliminated. And what remains is simply your truth. Know that it is your truth. Each of you has your own truth. Though we have seen and heard many discuss an absolute truth, we would tell you there is no such thing that exists. What exists in your world is only your truth, as you see it, as you feel it, and as you experience it in the moment.

Please understand that your truth is constantly shifting and changing. So there is not one truth to bring through to trust. If you allow your truth to flow through in any given moment without fear of wrong or right you will trust that truth. And if that truth changes it is meant to. We have stated before that what is important is to speak your truth even if, at the moment of speaking, that truth changes. It is the willingness to speak your truth that will create the change. That willingness to speak truth is the same as trusting. Trusting your truth simply because it is your truth at the time it is spoken. And if that truth changes after it has been spoken, so be it, and so it was meant to be.

And as humans, with an understanding that you will never attain perfection, you may release that desire to be perfect and so begin to enjoy just living in truth. Whatever that truth is in that moment. If as healers you receive information speak the truth of it. You may trust it for it is not wrong, nor is it right, it is simply your truth. This will be an experience that you will need to practice again and again. Do you not have a saying, practice makes perfect? We would say, please release that saying, for practice will not make perfect. Practice will make more comfortable speaking your truth and trusting it. Simply do it. Simply speak your truth. And in time you will find that you have released the need to trust it for it will just be your truth.

We would ask if you all understand, for this is truly the first step in living from a conscious heart. This is the beginning of the first lesson that we are here to teach you. We have been observing your world for many eons. We have been waiting for the time when there were enough beings amongst you who were ready to receive the information that we, and many such as us, are bringing through at this time.

Truth is the first lesson. You must speak that which is true for you. We would say to speak it without fear and yet we understand that as humans fear is a part of you. So we would say speak your truth with the fear. Speak your truth even when you doubt. Speak your truth at the cost of losing that which you most desire to keep close. The only way in which you will learn to live from a conscious heart is to begin to speak your truth, that which is true for you, the experience in the moment without limitation, through the fear, through the doubt, through the loss, for it is only truth that will lead you to the next step of your journey.

Message from Ambros: Perfection

January 2nd, 2011

(The following is an excerpt of the response to this question asked during the group session on December 10: “Can I still do my healing work, assisting people by providing clear information, if I’m not completely clear myself? Am I in a place to heal people?”)

We would remind you that you are human, and being human you will never be perfect, although many search for perfection inside. You must know you will never find it. It is not for your world to attain perfection. If that is your goal be prepared to never attain it. If you resist following your heart until you have attained perfection, you will never follow your heart. As a healer, you are a vessel, a conduit, for the healing energy that comes from the place beyond you. It is a powerful energy, and human imperfections are as nothing to that powerful energy.

We would say if you are called to be a healer then be a healer and do it in this moment and all the moments to come. We would say to all that your journey as healers is a never ending journey. Receiving new gifts and opening yourself to new ways of healing, continually shifting and changing and transitioning from one level to the next to the next is your journey, here, in this world, until the moment you leave your body. Do not wait to do that which you are called to do, do not limit yourself with a belief that you must clear this or resolve that or understand or become or learn before you allow yourself to be the healer you are.

It is important that you begin now. The healing you do will heal not only those seekers who come to you, you will also heal yourself. For the healer is always healed in some small measure by the healing they do for others.

There is no being in your world who has reached a level of perfection. The wisest amongst you understand that as humans it is not your journey to attain perfection. It is your journey to allow that which you are to flow through you. We would ask that you begin in this moment to acknowledge yourself as a healer. We would ask that each of you in this moment and beyond to acknowledge yourselves as healers. Not as perfect healers, but as healers. That is who you are, not simply what you do. This is part of a conscious heart. This is a way to live in the world.

“Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering.
There is a crack in everything,
That’s how the light gets in.”
~ Leonard Cohen

Message from Ambros: Kindness

December 2nd, 2010

(A friend reminded me recently that the holidays are not always a joyful time for everyone. The person blocking our way in the aisle of the store, or not moving quickly enough at the mall, or driving too slowly, may have been overcome with a memory of a loved one no longer here to share the holidays with. And so, my friend said, it’s a time to be kinder to all. I asked Ambros to speak of kindness.)

You ask us to speak to you of kindness. We feel that perhaps you do not understand the true meaning of kindness. You believe that if you offer help to another, if you offer assistance, then you are being kind. You believe that if there is one who has less than you, and you share with that person, then you are kind. You believe kindness is defined by your act of being kind. We would say to you that this is not correct. We would say to you that a kind act is not the same as being a kind person, for a kind person is, in truth, the reflection of a kind heart. A kind heart is the true meaning of kindness.

A kind heart is a way of living and breathing in the world. The true measure of kindness is not an action but a heart that is gentle and giving and accepting. This is not to say that when you act in kindness, it is not a good thing. Know that it is. Yet know that fleeting acts of kindness do not make a kind heart. They are simply actions taken when you feel the need to do so. Do you not receive from the act? Does it not fill you with a sense of how kind you are, how good you are, how special you are? You may indeed be these things, and yet we say to you this does not constitute a kind heart.

A kind heart is a way of life, not a momentary action. It is offering in words and deeds a gentle and giving and accepting way, even to those you do not agree with, to those whose points of view differ from yours, to those whose lives do not match your own. We have seen that you act a certain way with those you approve of, or those you have sympathy for, and yet act differently with those you do not agree with. We have seen cruel action, we have seen harsh words, we have seen mockery and belittling and degrading. These actions do not come from a kind heart. You may disagree with another, and yet still offer them gentleness and acceptance.

If you would truly be a kind person, then live from a kind heart. Offer your assistance to those in need, and, as well, your gentle words and caring ways to all people. Do not make mockery of those who differ from you in their thoughts and beliefs, nor should you support others who do.

When you live from a kind heart for all people, then you will begin to understand why we have come to you at this time in your evolution. You will be ready to receive from a conscious heart, for a kind heart is a conscious heart. And may we say, we indeed look forward to that day.

Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate. – Albert Schweitzer

Message from Ambros: Self-Forgiveness

October 31st, 2010

(This is a response to a question from someone who felt shame and guilt at past actions and was having a difficult time forgiving himself.)

What is it that you truly seek for yourself? Is it a way in which to seek atonement for actions you now wish you had not taken? Will forgiveness change the action? Will forgiveness erase the action from your memory as if it had never happened? What is it you hope to receive by receiving forgiveness from yourself or another for past actions?

It is more fitting, perhaps, to always remember the action and the pain you now feel as a result. We are not saying that you should hold on to that pain, only that you should remember what it feels like. In this way, you may choose with more awareness any future action, knowing that some actions will result in the pain you are now experiencing.

We would say that it is more beneficial to your growth that you take the time to understand the reasons behind your actions. Why did you act in such a way? What outcome were you hoping to achieve? What prompted the action? What was the immediate result of the action? Was any positive energy generated by the action? Was there any conscious thought to this action?

We understand there are many questions we are encouraging you to ask of yourself, and there will be many answers to reflect upon. We also understand that you may not have answers at this time to some of these questions. This is where your learning will come from. You will be required to journey deep into your inner self where the answers await you.

Do not spend time in shame and guilt. Rather, spend time in gaining an understanding of the reasons for your actions, that you may act with more awareness in the future. If you can do so, then the actions for which you seek forgiveness will be transformed into future acts of kindness and compassion.

“Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future.” – Paul Boese

Message from Ambros: Do You Have A Dream?

October 5th, 2010

(Channeling seems to be re-entering my life very quickly and in new and exciting ways. I’ve connected to an amazing being called “Ambros”. He is a highly evolved entity who is here to assist us in heart consciousness. He’ll continue to reveal more as we progress with our work together. Following is his message about dreams.)

Do you have a dream? Is there, in your heart of hearts, a yearning so deeply for a vision that fills you with infinite joy and possibility? Why, then, do you keep that yearning, that dream, hidden within your heart of hearts rather than inviting it forth into the brightness of life? A dream which remains hidden is nothing more than an illusion, with not a hope of becoming real. You must bring your dream forth, nurture it, nourish it, breathe life into it, so that it may be born.

It is important that you look at your dream and understand why you choose not to give it life. Is it such an old dream that it no longer fills you with the joy of possibility, and has instead simply become a habit? Dreams that have become habit drain the energy and block new dreams from entering. Look at the dream. Does it still fill you with joy? If it does not, it is time to release it.

Look at your dream. Why do you not choose to give it life? Do you have fear that the dream, once brought into the brightness, may never become a reality? It will never become a reality if it remains hidden deep within, so truly, what is the loss by bringing it into the light?

Do you not know how to bring your dream to fruition? You will never find the way to do so if the dream remains hidden. Bring your dream into the light and begin to take the steps necessary to create the reality. One step at a time, always moving forward with a clear vision of your dream and a commitment to bringing it to life, will give it birth. If you truly desire to make this dream a reality, you will find the way, but you must begin.

“We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort.” – Jesse Owens
